  • Patch Types

    Patches are a quick and easy way to add your custom branding to any of our great product options! We offer a range of patch types from: Laser Engraved, Heat Embossed, Foil Embossed and Embroidered. Explore our patch options below!

  • Laser Engraved

    Laser Engraved patches are quick and easy and allow for the most detail of design. All engraved patches come on our natural vegetable tanned leather. Choose from one of our 6 leather patch shapes or go for something custom!

  • Heat Embossed

    Heat Embossed patches are simply stunning. The heat stamping process leaves a beautiful embossed imprint. A brass stamp is required for this process and will vary in price depending upon size and complexity of the design.

  • Foil Embossed

    The Foil Embossed process is exactly the same as the Heat Embossing except a colored foil transfer is added. The heat and pressure leave behind a crisp, embossed color-filled imprint of your logo or design. Contact us for foil color and leather combo options!

  • Embroidered

    Embroidered patches provide the most visually-packed patch option! Pricing will vary upon size, color count, shape and quantity needed. Turnaround times on patches will be longer than our laser engraved and embossed patches as we send off for these. Email us today for a quote!

Embossing

Both Heat and Foil Embossed patches require a brass die of your logo or design. This is a one-time fee and will vary on price depending on size and complexity of the design. Average cost of a die ranges from $99 to $220. Once your design is approved, turn around on die production will range from 5 to 10 business days.

NOTE:

We recommend that for logos larger than 2.5" x 2.5" with highly-detailed design elements go with either our Laser Engraved or Embroidered options.
